New Moon Wonder Walk - Saturday, Oct. 10th, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Greylock Glen Outdoor Center in Adams, MA. FREE of charge! Rain date Sunday 10/11, same time. This is a 1.7 mi. loop on relatively flat gravel road. Meet at the Glen Outdoor Center parking area off Gould Rd. at 9:45 am.
During this walk we'll learn about the land and set some intentions for the 11th new moon of the year. This is the time to reflect on what we no longer need to carry forward. When we tune into nature, we can see so clearly how letting go can be beautiful, creating space for all the abundance that is available in life. We’ll use yoga and meditation and connect with nature during a sit spot. At the end of the walk, we'll have a share-circle while enjoying some forest tea. This is a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors in a relaxing, stress-free and tech-free time for yourself.
