Humans have spent only a fraction of their time on earth living and working inside buildings and looking at screens. Our bodies, like our ancestors' before us, are designed to function in the natural world.

Forest Bathing Experience


Coupling sensory stimulation found in nature with mindfulness tools helps us reconnect with ourselves and fully experience present moment awareness.


Guided Mindfulness Sessions
Guided experiences create a safe environment allowing participants to be open to curiosity, wonder and endless possibilities! Sessions can be private or group settings.
In community we'll share some forest tea during an open-hearted, non-judgmental Council practice where you can share what is true for you, if you so choose.
Ceremonial Tea Service
"No two Wonder Walks are ever the same. In each journey, you are invited to ground yourself in your breath and awaken your senses to the world around you, remembering that you are a part of nature, never apart from it.
We welcome everyone to join this immersive experience.
Together, we’ll move slowly along marked trails, honoring the history of the land and the unique energy of the season. Our time concludes with a non-judgmental Council practice—an invitation to share your truth—and a meditative tea ceremony held in gratitude for the earth and each other."
